RCO delegation visits Yemen hospitals

, Aug.15 (BNA): A Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) delegation led by Secretary-General Dr. Mustapha Al-Sayyed visited a number of hospitals and met citizens and patients, in addition to the wounded. He conveyed to them greetings and wishes of quick recovery from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. Dr. Al-Sayyed stressed Bahrain's resolve to continue supporting the Yemenis as they go through this crisis, wishing Yemen and its people security, stability, development and progress. The delegation presented flowers and gifts to the wounded, as a token of Bahrainis' amity and fraternal relations bonding the two brotherly peoples. Health Ministry Assistant-Undersecretary for Hospitals Dr. Walid Khalifa Yusif Al-Manae hailed the royal directives to extend relief-aid to the Yemenis, pointing out that the first consignment was arranged and dispatched to Aden in record time. He pointed out that a meeting was held with Yemeni Health Ministry officials to assess the situation and survey needs.
