QFMA to Participate in 5th Qatar Career Fair 2011

Doha, March 27 (QNA) - As part of its ongoing efforts to attract talented Qatari nationals to join its workforce, the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) will participate in the fifth annual Qatar Career Fair, taking place at Qatar National Convention Centre from 1 to 5 April 2012. A statement issued by QFMA today said that its participation in the exhibition comes as part of its plan to adopt excellent human resources development strategies and achieve the highest possible rate of Qatarisation, as well as to display areas of work available in the authority and show its direction to attract national competencies with university disciplines. The statement quoted Director of Human Resources and Training Afaf al-Rawashdeh as saying that QFMA is keen to participate in this annual event to shed light on its national responsibility by activating the role of the new graduates and qualified people in the country's development. QFMA is an independent regulatory body shall supervise the stock market of Qatar and organise the activities related to dealing with securities in the Qatari capital market. (QNA)
