Qatari Culture Minister Arrives in Cairo

Cairo, March 31 (QNA) - Qatar's Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage HE Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari arrived in Cairo this evening at an invitation from the President of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo, Dr. Hassan El Shafei to participate in the Annual Conference of the Arabic Language Academy , which begins tomorrow, Monday. The two-weeks conference titled " Arab linguists " will feature contemporary issues of Arabic language. HE the Minister Dr. Al Kuwari was greeted on his arrival at Cairo International Airport by Charg? d'affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Cairo Abdulrahman Al-Kubaisi . HE the Minister of Culture will deliver tomorrow a lecture entitled "The role of Qatar in preserving the Arabic language" as part of the first day of the conference at the Arabic Language Academy headquarters at Zamalek area. HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage will also meet with a number of officials and members of the Arabic Language Academy and a number of Egyptian journalists during the visit. (QNA)
