Qatari Ambassador Meets Myanmar's Officials

Naypyidaw, Myanmar, January 29 (QNA) - HE Qatar's Non-Resident Ambassador to Myanmar Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari met on Tuesday with Myanmar's Foreign Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin. During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing bilateral relations in all fields in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common concern. HE the Qatari Ambassador also met with Myanmar's Energy Minister U Than Htay and discussed with him ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries, especially in the energy sector. On the other hand, HE Ambassador Jabor bin Ali Al Dosari met separately with Minister of National Planning and Economic Development U Kan Zaw and Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology U Thaung Tin. Talks during the meetings dealt with means to enhance cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in the areas of economy and communications. (QNA)
