Qatargas Recognizes Over 500 Long-Serving Staff

Doha, June 01 (QNA) - Qatargas has honored over 500 employees at the annual Qatargas Long Service Awards ceremony, a special event held to recognize employees for continuous years of service at the firm. Qatargas Chief Executive Officer HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Thani presented certificates and mementos as a token of appreciation to 522 staff members who have completed 20, 15, 10 or five years of service at Qatargas, according to a press released issued by the company on Saturday. "I would like to congratulate all our employees who have reached their long service milestones and thank them for their continued contributions towards making Qatargas what it is today the largest LNG producer in the world, delivering energy safely and reliably to every corner of the globe. The commitment and dedication of our people have always been the driving force behind our success as we realize our vision to be the world's premier LNG company. We must continue to innovate and improve our business and maintain our safe and efficient operations," HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Thani said of this year's awards ceremony. He thanked all employees for their dedication and efforts, expressing gratitude to HE Minister of Energy and Industry Dr. Mohamed bin Saleh Al Sada for his continuous support for Qatargas. The CEO urged long serving employees to keep up the good work and use their knowledge and experience to enhance the company's performance in all areas and encouraged them to pass on their valuable expertise to all new joiners of Qatargas, and assist them in the early years of their careers with the company. Qatargas is committed to develop and recognize all of its employees.
