Doha , December 03 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani telephoned on Saturday Abdelilah Benkirane, congratulating him on his appointment as new Moroccan premier. They discussed bilateral relations and means of enhancing them. (QNA)
