Qatar Ministry of Justice Introduces New Automatic Documentation System

Doha, February 02 (QNA) -The Ministry of Justice's Documentation Department has announced a new system which is the first of its kind at the ministry's various departments either inside or outside the state. This system is to automatically cancel agencies instead of the paper-based system which was previously in effect in this area, said Ahmed Al-Maraghi, the Manager of the documentation department . He said that this system, which ministry began to execute as from 2010 has actually entered into force from the year 2012, and any reporter can now cancel his agency automatically and query them as well whatsoever (general or private power of attorney, power of attorney to lawyer, and so on). Maraghi said in an execluive statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on Saturday that the Ministry is about to hold meetings with the ministries, companies and the banks concerned in the state, to establish an automatic link with the Ministry of Justice to inquire immediately, and make sure to cancel the agency or being in force when reviewing the matter of the person applying for to the organ in question. Speaking about the benefits and properties of the new system , Al-Maraghi said this system will save time and effort on the rights holders on the one hand and employees on the other hand. It will being providing a security safe umbrella to the right holder and references as well, rather than the paper-based system which is subject to loss and damage. (QNA)
