Qatar Ministry of Awqaf Implements 124 Development Projects Worldwide

Doha, July 29 (QNA) - The Ministry of Awqaf (Endowment) and Islamic Affairs has implemented 124 development projects over the last ten years in a number of the world's countries, at a cost of more than QRs 150 million. This was announced by the Director Islamic Affairs department in the Ministry, Khalid Shaheen Al Ghanim, in a speech during the Ramadan Tent's celebration held as part of the Ramadan Tent in honour of the guests of the ministry including President of Jala Islamic University in southern Thailand Prof. Ismail Lutfi and the Head of Islamic Authority in Croatia Sheikh Aziz Hasanovic.(QNA)
