Qatar Minister of Business and Trade Meets Bulgarian Development Minister

Doha, April 22 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Business and Trade Sheikh Jassim bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani met here today with Bulgarian Deputy Premier and Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ekaterina Zaharieva in the presence of Bulgarian Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Asen Vasilev . Talks during the meeting dealt with matters of mutual concern especially issues related to business and trade and way to develop them. Qatar and Bulgaria are bound by a number of agreements including an economic, trade and technical cooperation agreement, in addition to an agreement on the encouragement and protection of reciprocal investment. Exports between the two countries totaled QAR 8.2mn while imports totaled QAR 39mn including ceramics products, furniture, lighting equipment and prefabricated buildings.(QNA)
