Qatar, Jordan Hold Talks

Doha, August 10 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani held a session of talks this evening, at Al Wajba Palace with HM King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan . The talks were attended by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani , and a number of Their Excellencies ministers. On the Jordanian side, the talks were attended by members of the official delegation accompanying HM the King. The two sides reviewed the existing fraternal ties between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, and discussed a number of regional and international issues, especially the situation in Syria. HH the Emir hosted an Iftar banquet in honour of HM the King of Jordan and his accompanying delegation. (QNA)
