Qatar to Give Shelter to Number of Syrian Refuging Widows and Families

Doha, January 02 (QNA) - Upon directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and as part of the efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people, the State of Qatar has decided to shelter a number of Syrians families and widows who are displaced by military operations carried out by the regime in Syria against civilians. The first batch of Syrian displaced families arrived in Doha tonight coming from Lebanon, and more will arrive over the next two days. Upon directives of HH the Emir, the State of Qatar shall ensure all the needs of these families and widows, whose total number is 42 people, including the provision of housing, accommodation, health and education.
