Qatar Foreign Ministry Completes Preparations for the Sports Day

Doha, February 05 (QNA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has completed the preparations for its participation Qatar Sports Day where it is organizing a range of sport events in addition to social, cultural and entertainment activities with the participation of the Ministry's staff. The Ministry's organizing committee of the Sports Day activities, said Tuesday that all the heads of Diplomatic and Consulate mission as well as international organizations accredited to the State of Qatar have been invited for participation in the event. These events come to implement the decision of HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, setting every Tuesday of the second week of February each year ,for the Sports Day of the State. Information Office of the Foreign Ministry revealed the slogan of the Sports Day this year, "Let Us Go On". The activities will begin by gathering in the ministry tent at Akherittiyat area , on Feb. 12 and will run from 08 o'clock in the morning, to 12 noon. (QNA)
