Qatar Customs to Participate in a Meeting in Riyadh

Riyadh, March 02 (QNA) - Qatar will take part in 37th meeting on the sidelines of the 3rd Arab Forum for Combating Commercial Fraud, Counterfeiting and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights to be held in Riyadh tomorrow. A press release from Qatar Customs Department said that a delegation headed by its Director General Ahmed bin Ali Al Mohannadi will take part in the 3rd Arab Forum for Combating Commercial Fraud, Counterfeiting and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights". Today, the Customs Directors General of North Africa and Near and Middle East States held in Riyadh their 37th meeting on the sidelines of the 3rd Arab Forum to be organized by Saudi Customs on Sunday under the patronage of Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf. Addressing the meeting, the Director General of Saudi Customs Saleh Al-Khelawi pointed out that the agenda of the meeting includes among others the endorsement of the strategic plan for the region and its executive program for the years 2013/2014, a revised Kyoto Convention and motivations for countries to join its membership.
