Qatar Condemns Violence in Egypt

Doha, July 27 (QNA) - An official source at the Foreign Ministry has denounced the alarming events in front of Egypt's memorial monument in the Cairo neighborhood of Nasr City, condemning the incidents of killing protesters, and extending condolences to families of victims. The official has called on all the Egyptian sides to "exercise restraint and to apply reason and wisdom in order to prevent the shedding" of more Egyptian blood. It also urged the different factions to look for political understandings so as to return to the peaceful democratic transition path, which was launched by the January 25 Revolution. (QNA)
