Qatar Charity Launches QR 2MN Four Projects for Fasting People Iftar

Doha, July 01 (QNA) - Qatar Charity has announced the completion of arrangements for four quality projects it will launch during the holy month of Ramadan in Qatar at a cost of more than two million riyals for the benefit of more than 74 thousand people, as part of its Ramadan plan for the year 1433 AH. Director of the Executive Management for Local Development at Qatar Charity Mohammed Al-Ghamdi at Qatar Charity Qatar Charity said the organization's Ramadan projects this year will include a distinctive quality programmes to be launched for the first time by charity institutions and societies in Qatar. Al-Ghamdi told a news conference held today on this occasion that these projects include the distribution of food supplies and the provision of daily meals for needy families within the state and the distribution of water bottles to worshipers in the different mosques, in addition to many collective breakfast means and others. He added that the four projects, supervised by the executive management of the development of local charities in Qatar are: in wellness, Ramadan supply, watering worshipers and your breakfast at our expense. Al-Ghamdi pointed out that these four programmes aim to establish the image of Qatar Charity in the local community, contribute to spread within the community, increase communication with the new categories within it, as well as to consolidate the positive values within the community. The Ghamdi expected the four projects to come out with positive results that will have good effect such as the increase of compassion and solidarity among the society's members , bringing happiness to all families and individuals within the community, and easing the financial burden on families by providing them with breakfast meals(QNA)
