Qatar Charity Launches Hospital for Wounded Syrians

Doha, August 05 (QNA) - Qatar Charity has launched a hospital in Turkish city of Al-Rihaniya to serve mainly the wounded Syrians who come from inside Syria. The Hospital construction was funded by Qatar Charity with the partnership the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation and the Syrian Society for Relief and Development, a Syria charity operating on Turkish territory. Al-Amal (Hope) hospital has 30 bed, 10 intensive care rooms, 11 consulting room, 3 operation theatres, 2 X-ray rooms, one laboratory and to a number of clinics for different specializations in addition to emergency room and a refrigerator for keeping the dead bodies. Qatar Charity said in a statement that this is the first integrated hospital on the Turkish-Syrian boarder adding that the Al-Amal Hospital can conduct critical surgeries by a team of volunteer experienced surgeons.
