Qatar Business Minister Meets Moroccan Economy Minister

Doha, January 19 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Business and Trade Sheikh Jassim bin Abdulaziz Al Thani met Saturday in Saudi Arabia with Moroccan Minister of Economic and Financial Affairs Nizar Baraka, on the sidelines of the joint meeting between foreign minister and ministers participating in the preparatory meeting for the third Arab Economic and Social Developmental Summit in Riyadh. A Ministry press release said that they discussed investment opportunities available in both countries, in addition to the possibility of boosting bilateral trade cooperation. They agreed on the importance of increasing bilateral trade volume and facilitating trade and investment opportunities in both countries. The State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco have signed a number of bilateral agreements to increase trade volume. They also signed an agreement to protect and encourage mutual investments. (QNA)
