QAAET's CEO receives team in Coordinative Panel

Manama, Sept. 22 (BNA): The National Quality Assurance Authority for Education & Training (QAAET)'s CEO, Dr. Jawaher Al-Modhahki, received QAAET's team in the Coordinative Panel for Development of Education and Vocational Training, praising the team's efforts aimed to boost the standard of vocational training institutions achieved through enhancement plans up to highest international standards. Dr. Al-Modhahki praised the selection of the Vocational Training Institution (VTI)'s Strategy Enhancement Project among the best governmental projects in the "Good Practices Manual" as the stimulus to exert more efforts to develop work with strategic partners to advance the education and training sector in the Kingdom and confidently procced to achieve the national vision. The Coordinative Panel includes QAA as chairman besides the representatives of Tamkeen (i.e. the Labour Fund), Education Ministry, Labour Ministry and Economic Development Board (EDB). It is worth mentioning that HRH the Prime Minister's Court had honoured governmental departments that participated in the United Nations' Excellence in Public Services Programme2014 in recognition of their efforts in developing excellent government-provided services and introducing more good practices in line with the wise vision of the government.
