Public Security Chief attends Interpol meeting

Monaco, Nov4 (BNA) Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa delegated Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Hassan Al-Hassan to take part in the international ministerial meeting of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) in Monaco under the theme "Turn Back Crime : 100 years of International Police Cooperation". The event was inaugurated by Prince Albert II of Monaco as part of the Interpol 83rd session of the General Assembly that is being held from November 3 to 7. The meeting focused on celebration of the passing of 100 years of progress, achievements and challenges and included discussions from representatives of 190 countries. (MOI-Media Centre) A H N
