Prime Minister Meets UNCTAD Secretary- General

Doha , March 11 (QNA) - Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, HE Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani met here Sunday with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Secretary-General, Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi and the accompanying delegation, who are visiting Qatar. The meeting reviewed the latest preparations for the UNCTAD XIII, which will take place in Doha in April 2012. Held every 4 years, the UNCTAD Conference is an opportunity for discussing the international economy and the major challenges facing the developing countries.
