President Zhaparov leaves for Russia

Bishkek, May 24, 2021 . / Kabar / . President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov has left for Russia’s Sochi for a working visit, his press service said Monday. Within the framework of the visit, Zhaparov will hold bilateral talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The heads of state will discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation and Eurasian economic integration. Special attention will be paid to interaction in the interests of ensuring regional security, including within the framework of the CSTO, the CIS and the SCO. During the meeting, it is also planned to discuss the measures taken to counter the coronavirus pandemic, including the supply of Russian vaccines to the Kyrgyz Republic. The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic includes: - Minister of Foreign Affairs Ruslan Kazakbaev; - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Kyrgyz President’s Office Dastan Dyushekeyev; - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Gulnara Klara-Samat.
