President Zhaparov lays wreath at tomb of Ataturk in Ankara

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov visited the Anitkabir Memorial Complex - the burial place of first President of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The visit of the Kyrgyz president took place as part of his official visit to Turkey, his press service said. Sadyr Zhaparov laid a wreath at the burial place of the great statesman and political figure of Turkey, paying tribute to his memory. The head of state toured the Mausoleum museum and left a memorable entry in the Book of Honorary Guests. The Anitkabir Memorial Complex was erected as a symbol of respect for the services of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk to the state and the people. The 750-square-meter complex includes a mausoleum, museum, park and other facilities.
