President al-Assad grants general amnesty on terrorist crimes committed before April 30th,2022

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday legislative decree No. 7 for 2022, giving general amnesty on terrorist crimes committed by Syrians before April 30th,2022, except those which caused death to a human being. Article 1- A general amnesty would be given to terrorist crimes committed by Syrians before April 30th,2022, except those which led to death to a human being, included in the law No.19 of 2012 on combating terrorism and the penal law issued by Legislative Decree No. 148 for 1949.
