Plant for production of soft drinks opened in Kyrgyzstan

The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF) jointly with Demir Kyrgyz International Bank provided $2.8 million to the Daven Company LLC for the construction of a modern plant for the production of soft drinks. This is the first plant of closed cycle in the Kyrgyz Republic. A unique technology of continuous production will be applied on it - from production of plastic bottle to bottling. Food safety standards HACCP and ISO will also be introduced, the RKDF said. "The company will be able to expand its product range and increase production and export volumes several times over. The Fund has assisted the company at all stages of the project", Chairman of the RKDF Board Artem Novikov said. 70 new workplaces will be created. The capacity of the plant will be 30 million liters of ready production per year. Tax payments and social deductions will increase considerably. Products will be exported to Russia and other countries. Artem Novikov added that Kyrgyzstan today has a favorable investment climate. Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to implement large projects and produce high-quality, competitive products that meet international standards.
