Passenger transport service starts in route Dornod-Zamyn-Uud

Dornod /MONTSAME/ Public transport service has started in route between Kherlen soum of Dornod aimag and Zamyn-Uud soum of Dornogobi aimag. Prior to launching the service, citizens used to travel mostly by their private vehicles or take a train from Ulaanbaatar city in a distance of 800 km to come to Dornogobi aimag. Now safe and comfortable 45-seat bus will serve twice a week in this route. Specifically, the bus serves in the route Dornod-Zamyn-Uud on Mondays and Thursdays and in the route Zamyn-Uud-Dornod on Mondays and Wednesdays. Ticket price for adult is MNT 51.500 on one side and for children above age of 8 is MNT 26.000. Intercity passenger transport service opened in route between Choibalsan-Manzhouli and Bayan-Uul soum of Dornod aimag-Ulaanbaatar last year.
