Participants to Discuss Several Topics in Alliance of Civilizations Forum Last Day
Doha, December 13 (QNA) - Participants in the 4th United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Forum, currently in session in Doha, are set to discuss several key topics on Tuesday, the last day of the three-day forum.
In a Plenary Session, the participants will talks about "New Strategies for Intercultural Dialogue, Understanding and Cooperation".
Three Breakout Sessions will also be held today under the themes: "A New Agenda for Living Together Changing the Narrative on Dealing with Differences", "New Tools for Building Consensus and Making Cultural Diversity an Asset", and "Promoting Intercultural Dialogue, Inclusion and Diversity: Towards a new deal that Engages all Actors".
Moreover, six Action Network Sessions will be held to discuss: "Intercultural competences and skills what is it all about?", "New ICT Strategies for Intercultural Dialogue and Citizenship Education", "Changing the Narratives on Migrants: a Shared Responsibility".
The fourth Action Network Session will be held under the theme "Internationalizing Academia for Sustainable Intercultural Dialogue, Understanding, Cooperation and Development Impact, Challenges and Next Steps", while the fifth session will discuss a new agenda for philanthropy: mainstreaming intercultural dialogue and cultural diversity.
The last Action Network Session will be held under the theme "Do one thing for diversity and inclusion: join the World Advocacy and Awareness Campaign". (QNA)
