Omani Deputy Premier Meets Qatar Advisory Council Speaker

Muscat, May 14 (QNA) - Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Saeed met here on Tuesday with HE Speaker of the Advisory Council Mohamed bin Mubarak Al-Kulaifi and his accompanying delegation, currently on an official visit to Muscat at the invitation of Omani Advisory Council's (Majlis A'Shura) Speaker Khalid bin Hilal Al-Mawali. During the meeting they discussed the existing relations between the two countries and means to enhance and develop them. HE Mohamed bin Mubarak Al-Khulaifi and his accompanying delegation held a round of talks with the Omani Majlis A'Shura's speaker in the presence of the its members. The talks session focused on the parliamentary relations between the two councils and means to strengthen them in addition to supporting the Gulf joint parliamentary work. HE the Speaker of the Advisory Council Mohamed bin Mubarak Al-Kulaifi, extended thanks to the Omani Majlis A'Shura's Speaker for the worm reception and hospitality accorded to him and his accompanying delegation. He wished further progress, development and prosperity for the Sultanate of Oman. (QNA)
