Obstacles facing Khalifa bin Salman Port services discussed

Manama, Aug 6 (BNA): The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa on following up issues published in the press and various media, confirmed that the Ports and Maritime Affairs regularly monitors the port operations at Khalifa bin Salman Port. The ministry said that it constantly assesses the services provided for the users of the Khalifa bin Salman Port by the operating company in accordance with specific performance indicators based on international standards. The ministry pointed out that the Ports and Maritime Affairs holds periodic meetings with the port's operating company to discuss its operations and to be informed of obstacles may face the flow of its services provided for the port's users.
