Obama: U.S. fully committed to boost vital partnership with Azerbaijan

"We will continue closely cooperating to expand the energy security of Europe by the efforts of the two countries, to conduct the democratic and economic reforms, to strengthen the regional security, in many issues, especially to achieve a comprehensive peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
