NIHR participates in Asia-Pacific Forum

Manama, Aug. 24 (BNA): A delegation from the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)'s Board of Commissioners will participate in the 20th Annual Asia-Pacific Forum (APF) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on August 26-28. Led by Dr. Abdurahman Jawahery, the delegation comprising Khalid Al Shaer, Dr. Hameed Hussain, Dr. Badr Adel, Dr. Mona Hijris and Eman Ahmed met the Institution's Vice Chairman, Dr. Abdullah Al Derai, discussed and explored with him various points to ensure obtaining maximum outcomes and constructive participation. They also reviewed a working paper which the Institution will present during its participation as well as key points which it seeks to gain and arrangement for meetings with expert personalities on the side-lines of the APF to discuss major issues concerning human rights in the AP region.
