NG's Staff Director opens workshop

Manama, May 12 (BNA): Under the auspices of the Director of Staff of the National Guard (NG), Major-General Shaikh Abdul-Aziz bin Saud Al Khalifa; the Administrative Support Unit today organized a workshop to define the Unit's tasks, duties and mechanisms in supporting National Guard units. The two-day workshop was inaugurated by the Administrative Support Unit's Commander, Colonel Khalid Yousef Al-Rumaithi, in whose speech he welcomed the Director of Staff of the National Guard for his opening and attending the workshop, praising the significance of the workshop in terms of the discussion of key themes that boost administrative and technical support. Also during the workshop, a brief outline was presented about the workshop activities and a questionnaire to poll the participants in conclusion of the workshop. The opening speech at the workshop was concluded with the opening of the door for discussion with the commanders of units and battalions, including Q & A session aimed to enrich the workshop and explain its objectives. Major-General Shaikh Abdul-Aziz bin Saud Al Khalifa the Director of Staff in the National Guard in his speech to the participants said the National Guard has always sought to develop its administrative and tactical units in compliance with the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard through application of advanced strategies and plans aimed to attain highest development levels in this national edifice, wishing all National Guard personnel continuous success at their various workstations.
