New cement plant opened in Baku

Azerbaijan, Baku, July 10 / Trend / President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended opening ceremony of a new cement plant of Holcim-Azerbaycan joint-stock company in Garadagh district of Baku. President Aliyev has been informed that the plant launching products by dry method will be initial point of the new phase in South Caucasus region's cement industry. Cement production by dry method minimizes fuel consumption at the plant, hereby making this technology widespread in Europe. The 300 million euro project will contribute to further development of the country's construction sector by supporting production of local products. Do you have any feedback?
