National Guard Staff Director patronizes graduation

Manama, Aug. 6 (BNA): The Director of Staff of the National Guard, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, on Thursday patronised the graduation of Officers Planning and Training Course conducted under the supervision of the National Guard Presidency's Training School. The graduation ceremony began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the speech delivered by the Commandant of the Training School in which he welcomed the Staff Director lauding his patronage of this graduation stressing the importance of professional officers training and qualifications on various programmes, weaponry and range control to boost combat readiness in their units. The officer in charge of training presented a briefing on the phases of training and its significance in enabling officers to plan in their units and train their affiliates upon recommendations of training issued from the National Guard Presidency. The Staff Director of the National Guard distributed the certificates to the graduates and presented the National Guard Shield to the first position achiever. He said the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard is continuous upgrading of training and planning in the National Guard to reflect in further advancement, professionalism and performance of all personnel. The Staff Director of the National Guard congratulated the graduates, urging them to further progression and upgrading of implementation of their military duties, wishing them perpetual career success.
