Monument of Neutrality opens in Ashgabat

Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Dec.12 / Trend H. Hasanov / The Monument of Neutrality in the foothills of Kopet Dagh has opened today in Ashgabat to celebrate the Day of Neutrality, an official Turkmen source said. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov recently said at a government meeting that "being a symbol of the policy of peace, the monument should embody the mentality of the Turkmen people from time immemorial committed to the principles of peace, friendship and humanity."
