MoI Starts Survey on South Security Department Services
Doha, February 4 (QNA) - The Ministry of Interior's (MoI) Strategic Planning Department has launched a field survey on the services rendered by the South Security Department.
The survey aims to measure user-experience of those who visit the department for various services and their feedback on quality of the services rendered, the MoI said.
The survey will continue for one week where the survey team will distribute forms that focus on three points - reception service, procedures of the required service and the work environment.
The MoI's Director of Strategic Planning Colonel Abdul Rahman Majid Al Sulaiti said the ministry gives prime importance to opinion surveys because of its vital role in supporting the decision-making process.
The survey will provide important information that would enable decision-makers to identify the opinions and trends of different social groups and take their views into account in decision-making process, he said.
"The survey is conducted in order to know the views of the users regarding the level of efficiency of the services provided by the department to them
in order to further improve services and raise the quality of staff performance," Al Sulaiti said.
The director requested users to avail the services and co-operate with the survey team and provide constructive opinion that would help the MoI to improve the
services provided to them. (QNA)
