Massive show of Support to Shaikh Nasser

Manama, Oct. 11. (BNA) – A horse rally, themed "We Are All Nasser bin Hamad", was organised in Zallaq today by horse owners and knights to reaffirm support to HM the King's Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and the Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The participants condemned the "unfair" campaign staged against Shaikh Nasser by a number of organisations and media outlets known for their incredible, unethical and biased coverage. They expressed their full-fledged support to Shaikh Nasser, who, they said, represents every Bahraini youth who loves his country. Chairman of the Organising Committee of the event media figure Mohammed Al Arab said the baseless allegations against Shaikh Nasser aimed to defame him, in particular, and smear the kingdom's reputation, in general. Poet Faisal Al-Mrissi read a poem in love and loyalty to Shaikh Nasser. W H Q
