Major boost for Bahrain tourism industry

London, Nov.3 (BNA): Thousands of international agencies will promote the Kingdom of Bahrain as a key tourism destination. The campaign will be launched under an agreement, which was signed with FTI Consulting, a German firm specialized in providing expert advice in strategic communications. Bahrain Authority for Tourism and Exhibitions signed the memorandum of understanding with the German firm on the sidelines of the World Tourism Market (WTM) in the United Kingdom. Assistant Undersecretary for Tourism Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al-Khalifa signed the agreement along with FTI Group Chief Executive Officer Roula Jouny. Under the deal, 15,000 agencies will offer tourism packages to visit Bahrain through the FTI network.
