Maharashtra Governor Meets Outgoing Qatari Consul General in Mumbai

Mumbai, April 28 (QNA) - Governor of the Indian State of Maharashtra K Sankaranarayanan met on Sunday with Qatar's Consul General in Mumbai Mohammad bin Khamis al-Kuwari, on the occasion of the expiry of his tour of duty. During the meeting, K Sankaranarayanan hoped the Qatari Consul success in his future assignments, and the relations between Qatar and India further growth and development. For his part, al-Kuwari expressed appreciation to the Governor for the cooperation accorded to him during his tenure which contributes to further promote friendship ties and cooperation between the two countries.
