Large crowds at National Document Muharraq Club signing

Manama, Aug 6 (BNA): Muharraq Club today was swamped by large crowds of citizens to sign the National Document, on its sixth day, to denounce the repeated flagrant Iranian interference in Bahrain's internal affairs. The citizens expressed rejection of the repeated statements launched by Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other Iranian officials, which are in violation of principles of international law, states' sovereignty, good neighbourliness and Islamic values. Signatories to the National Document reiterated pledges of allegiance to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. They hailed the commended efforts of the Interior Ministry's personnel, led by Interior Minister Lt-Gen Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, in foiling weapons and explosives smuggling attempts from Iran which refuges fugitives and trains terrorists.
