Kyrgyzstan signed about 140 int’l treaties since beginning of year

Bishkek, July 27, 2022. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan has signed about 140 multilateral and bilateral international treaties in six months of 2022, Foreign Minister of the republic Jeenbek Kulubaev said during a press conference in Bishkek on Wednesday. Among multilateral agreements signed: the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) - 58, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) - 16, Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) - 14, the European Union - 2, as well as the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) - 4, International Development Association (IDA) - 3. The foreign minister added that 42 bilateral international treaties and documents were signed also, among them 10 are with Azerbaijan, 2 with the Kingdom of Bahrain, 2 with Hungary, 2 with Germany, 10 with Kazakhstan, 7 with China, 3 with Russia, 2 with Turkey, and 4 with Uzbekistan.
