Kyrgyzstan, China launch freight traffic to Kashkar and Urumqi cities

Kyrgyz hauliers engaged in international freight transportation now can enter Kashkar and Urumqi cities of China, the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Roads reports. The pilot convoy of 8 trucks with international driver's group departed to Urumqi. All relevant documents including visas.for visiting China prepared by Kyrgyz LLC "Diesel Technician". The pilot convoy presumably will reach the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region of China and back to return to Kyrgyzstan. Due to the fact that this the first route to these Chinese cities, drivers are going to report about all the problems on the way. Recall that on November 17, 2016 the Protocol was signed as a result of talks between the transport of delegations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China held in Urumqi on November 17, 2016 on opening of the international freight route "Bishkek-Kashkar-Urumqi" and "Osh-Kashkar-Urumqi".
