Kyrgyz, Russian FMs discuss topical issues of bilateral relations

Bishkek, July 12, 2022. /Kabar/. A phone talk was held between Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and Russia Sergey Lavrov, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported. During the conversation, the sides discussed current issues of Kyrgyz-Russian relations, international and regional agenda, synchronized watches on upcoming foreign policy events, and exchanged views on the implementation of agreements reached at the highest level. The interlocutors paid special attention to regional security issues, interaction within the framework of the Central Asia + Russian Federation dialogue and the Nur-Sultan Summit of the Heads of State. Noting with satisfaction the high level and dynamics of bilateral cooperation, Ministers Kulubaev and Lavrov agreed to continue to cooperate actively to further strengthen and build up the strategic partnership and allied relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
