Kyrgyz President visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 30 /Trend/ President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and his spouse Raisa Atambayeva have on Friday visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Here President Almazbek Atambayev and his spouse Raisa Atambayeva were welcomed by Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva. The Kyrgyz President and his spouse were briefed on the activity of the Foundation. They were told that the main goal of the Foundation, established in memory of the Azerbaijani people`s national leader, is to study and popularize prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socio-economic, cultural progress. President Almazbek Atambayev and his spouse Raisa Atambayeva saw exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader and reflecting his childhood, youth, university years and career, pictures covering the very various moments of his life and giving a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan. President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Foundation`s Guest Book. The President of Kyrgyzstan and his spouse saw a documentary on the activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
