Kyrgyz delegation gets acquainted with experience of Azerbaijan in digitalization of public services

Bishkek, Aug. 18, 2022 / Kabar /. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev, as part of a working trip to Baku (Azerbaijan), visited the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service Center). During the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Salmanov informed the deputy head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan in detail about the activities of the ASAN Service Center. He noted that in terms of increasing transparency and applying modern innovations, with the creation of the ASAN service, serious success was achieved in the field of ensuring effective public administration. In addition, information was provided on the activities of the State Agency in the areas of digital government, support for start-up ecosystems and social innovation. During the meeting, the Kyrgyz delegation got acquainted with the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, with the Bilim Bakı center, after which they visited the ABAD stand presented at the ASAN Service Center. Following the meeting, the sides reached an agreement to sign a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the use of ASAN services and the practice of the State Agency for the provision of services to citizens and social innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of digital government in the Kyrgyz Republic.
