Kyrgyz-Chinese border to be closed for three days

Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2022 / Kabar /. In connection with the celebration of the state holiday the Foundation Day of China, the two checkpoints located on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border will be temporarily closed from October 1 to October 3, 2022 inclusive, the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported. The passage of vehicles and goods will resume on October 4, 2022. The checkpoints Torugart and Irkeshtam operate according to a special algorithm that provides only for the movement of goods from China to Kyrgyzstan.
