Kuwait's Foreign Ministry condemns terrorist attack

Manama, Aug. 29 (BNA): Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly denounced the terrorist attack that killed a policeman and wounded seven people in Karranah village on Friday evening. “The State of Kuwait stands by the brothers in the Kingdom of Bahrain and supports whatever measures they might take to combat terrorism and protect the security and stability of the Kingdom,” an official from the Ministry said in a statement carried by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA). “The State of Kuwait maintains its principled stand against terrorism whatever its forms or motives might be,” the official affirmed as he expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of the martyr and the government and people of Bahrain, and wished the innocent people, wounded in the attack, a speedy recovery, KUNA said.
