Kubiš Urges All Conflict Parties To Protect The Residents Of Fallujah And Its Infrastructure

BAGHDAD / NINA / Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubiš strongly urged all parties to do everything possible to protect the lives of civilians and to maintain the infrastructure of the city of Fallujah during ongoing operations to liberate it, in accordance with the international principles of human rights and humanitarian law international ".
