King congratulated by National Guard Chief

Manama, Oct.8 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa today received a cable from National Guard Chief Lieutenant-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al-Khalifa. The National Guard chief extended sincere congratulations to HM King Hamad on the safe return of the brave BDF personnel after participating alongside the Arab Coalition forces in liberating Marib and regaining full control of the Bab Al-Mandab Strait. He lauded the bravery and strong determination of the BDF personnel, led by Royal Guard Commander Brigadier-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Royal Guard Special Force Commander Major Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, while performing their sacred duty, noting that they have set the example for Bahraini youth in enduring hardships and assuming patriotic duties.
