Kazakhstan stresses full support to Bahrain in its war on terror

Astana, April 14 (BNA)-- Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Asset Issekeshev reiterated his country's full support to Bahrain in its war on terrorism. He stressed his country's categorical rejection of terrorism, adding that the issue will be discussed at the specialised meetings between both countries Speaking to Al-Arabiya channel, he asserted his country's warm welcome of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and keenness on new horizons of bilateral relations. He added that discussions will focus on ways of boosting cooperation between both countries mainly in the trade, tourism and investment fields. He pointed out that a roadmap had been drawn to bolster bilateral economic cooperation. He said a Bahraini-Kazakh Trade and Business Council had been set up and an agreement had been made with Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company to boost bilateral economic cooperation and joint investments. On his part, Kazakh Culture Minister Mukhtar Kul Muhammed underlined the importance of promoting relations between both countries, lauding Bahrain's ambitious plans to invest in the cultural field.
