Kahrama President Elected Chairman of Arab Electricity Union

Doha, January 08 (QNA) - Qatar's General Electricity and Water Corp Kahrama said on Tuesday that Kahrama president engineer Isa Bin Hilal Al Kuwari was elected chairman of the Arab Electricity Union at the 36th meeting of the board of the union and the 9th meeting of the general assembly of the union in Doha held on the sidelines of the 4th conference of the union. A statement said that Al Kuwari's presidency will be for a three-year term after the current 2010-2012 period has ended. Meanwhile, the 4th conference of the union continued in Doha for the second day. (QNA)
